[ltp] Thinkpad W520, nouveau and external monitors

I just put a second driver in the ultrabay in the first place and got a
cheap external cdrom for the odd time I need it (about twice in the
machine's life these days). Will solve your hibernation problem, and
allow some extra storage for things that don't need to work as fast.

By the way, at least tuxonice allows hibernation to swap file (will
require you to compile a custom kernel I believe). I don't recall if it
can be dynamically allocated or not though.
